Capturing the Wild Unseen with Unmatched Clarity. I recently got my hands on this game camera, and I must admit that I am thoroughly impressed! The camera has been an excellent addition to my outdoor gear, offering an exceptional blend of performance, durability, and ease of use.The image quality is absolutely brilliant! Whether it's the black and white night shots or the vibrant daytime images, the camera captures every intricate detail with impressive clarity. The high-resolution feature ensures that you don't miss any action, no matter how quick it may be.One of the most impressive features is its motion detection capabilities. The sensitivity is just right, capturing any movement without being set off by minor disturbances like a leaf falling. This feature, combined with its fast trigger speed, ensures that the camera captures everything from a swift-fox darting by to a slow, lumbering bear. It's incredible how this camera withstands various weather conditions. Rain, snow, or scorching sun, nothing seems to affect its performance. The robust build quality ensures longevity, making it a worthy investment for any outdoor enthusiast. The battery life of this camera is another aspect that cannot be overlooked. I was pleasantly surprised by its longevity, eliminating the need for frequent replacements or recharges. This feature is particularly convenient for those long stints in the wild. The setup process is simple and user-friendly. It doesn't require any elaborate steps, making it perfect even for those who are not particularly tech-savvy. The menu and settings are intuitive, allowing for easy customization according to personal preferences.Overall, this game camera is a fantastic product that delivers on all fronts. From its remarkable image quality and motion detection capabilities to its robust build and easy setup, it's an outdoor gadget that is worth every penny. Whether you're a seasoned hunter tracking game or a nature enthusiast observing wildlife, this camera is sure to enhance your experience by leaps and bounds.
Good game camera and reasonably priced. I have owned several game cameras over the years and this one is good for the price. Easy to use. It holds up to 128 gig card that is more than enough size to capture everything. There are multiple settings. 4k pics are quality pictures both day and night. Takes pictures and videos that can be viewed on the built in screen. Seems to hold up well to inclement weather.
A good choice for this first time trail camera user. The media could not be loaded. This is my first trail camera and so far I am impressed with it. I got it so I could see what wildlife I may be missing in my backyard, especially after dark. I often see deer and turkeys and I hear coyotes howl at night, though I never see them during the day. I've had the trail camera for about a month and I'm happy with the results. I initially watched a couple of YouTube videos for recommendations for the camera settings to use. I found it easy to use the camera menu to adjust the settings to where I wanted them. I set it up for video recording and did a few trial runs using myself walking past the camera to trigger it. I did find that with the video resolution set to 4K I got inconsistent results. Sometimes the video was captured and other times there was an error message rather than a video. I theorized that the memory card installed in the camera might not be fast enough to keep up with the amount of data generated at 4K resolution, so I changed the resolution to 1080p. At 1080p the video has worked every time, and there have been no more error messages.I set up the camera in my back yard and the very first night I got two videos of a doe and her fawn browsing in my lawn and bushes. The videos were taken shortly after midnight and the quality was very good. The next day I moved the camera down near the creek that runs through the woods behind my house. Over the next couple of weeks, the camera captured the doe and her fawn again during the daytime with really excellent video quality. It also captured a large 9-point whitetail buck that I had never seen in my backyard before. The video was taken at dusk so it looks more like a nighttime video with very good quality. At other times there were videos captured of deer and a red squirrel. It has rained A LOT since I got the camera and so far the interior has remained dry. Hopefully, it will continue to resist the rain this well going forward.Overall I am very happy with my first experience with trail cameras and would recommend this one to my friends and family.
Good Value. For the price, this is a decent camera. It has all the features you would like in a noncellular trail camera. It produces good images and video and the night vision works well. It is also nice they include a memory card. It is easy to set up. I did experience two issues. The LED's got condensation in them after being out for a month. The entire front, including the camera, opens up which makes it hard to aim. You can't see the screen unless you open the camera but when you open the camera face the camera points to the tree, not where you aim the camera.
Works well. It takes good photos, the motion sensing works, it was easy to set up and use, and works as advertised!I bought this in an effort to find a cat who’d gotten outside, and it did help determine whether it was my cat eating the food or another animal. I also got some fun pictures of nosy squirrels (which I can appreciate now that my cat is back), so I’ll probably use it for bird- or wildlife-watching now.

One of the best purchases I have made on Amazon. I have had this camera for several weeks now. I followed the step-by-step instructions on setup, and had no problems getting them to work. The instructions were easy to follow.I bought the two-pack of these cameras to use in my chicken pen, after I lost two pullets in one night, one the next night, and one a few nights later.I mounted them to posts inside the pen, facing the open, brush loaded land behind my property, in order to determine what was killing my chickens, and how the heck it was getting inside. The very morning after I installed them, the two cameras picked up what looked to be a raccoon frat party on top of the coop, in the feed house, and all around the pen. One camera caught a raccoon pulling the chain link fence away from the frame and squeezing through. Another caught several others waiting their turn to gain entry. And every one of them did. That day I “shored up the defenses” and overnight the one camera showed a possum at the same spot in the fence (that I had secured), but the other showed a raccoon sitting on top of the coop after a previous clip showed him working on the coop latches.I'm happy to say that it has been three weeks now since the cameras caught anything other than blowing leaves, bugs, or chipmunks in the pen.The images were AMAZING and the night vision was crystal clear as well.We recently had three days where it has rained as if some giant being was standing over us and just emptying a huge bucket of water. These cameras have been exposed continuously to heavy, torrential rain, 90+ degree temperatures, and chickens pecking at them. No water has gotten inside, and there appears to be no damage on the casings from the chickens. They come with a pretty long strap so they can be mounted on a decent sized tree, and also come with i dividual mounts that can be screwed into posts or other objects. They also each come with 32 GB SD cards (not the micro SD), so this is an excellent value.I am actually contemplating a second purchase to enhance the security around my property. Excellent product and an excellent value!
Reasonable budget game camera. The media could not be loaded. The Wosports Mini Trail camera is a reasonable quality trail camera for someone who is just getting started, wants a camera for high risk areas, is on a tight budget, or just wants to deploy multiple cameras. Picture quality is pretty good.Over the years I have had other trail cameras including a Moultre flash and an earlier model Wosports IR camera so I have some experience with these type of cameras. I bought 2 pairs of the Wosports Mini Trail Cameras to augment the earlier (2019) Wosports camera and to have better coverage of my land. I was also interested in what improvements have been made in the new cameras and the smaller form factor. Overall I am satisfied with the new Mini Trail Cameras but there are a couple of differences with these cameras compared to my others that I have not seen addressed in other reviews or questions:1. There is no battery level indicator unlike my earlier Wosports IR camera. There are several mentions of requiring a battery voltage of over 1.5 volts to work reliably but how are you going to know when they should be changed ? I have not had the cameras long enough to learn how quickly the batteries fall below 1.5v (activity and temp. play a role) but I plan to change the batteries every month or so. I learned pretty quickly that the earlier Wosports camera would start chopping off the video recording time at night when the battery level was below 80% on the camera display. I guess below that the voltage is just to low to fire the IR LED's and record for the full preset time.2. The Mini Cameras do not have Hybrid (simultaneous picture and video) capability like my previous cameras. With the Mini's your choices are single photo, 3 rapidly shot photos, or video. Not a big deal since you can crop photos from the video but was not something I was expecting to lose.3. No audio recording. Again not a big deal and not something I use a whole lot but also not something I was expecting to lose.4. Difficult to change the SD card. There is just so little space between the card and the cover latches that normal size fingers just barely work. The current offer ships with Micro SD card and SD adpater so maybe the intent is to change the Micro SD card rather then the adpater but that is pretty risky in the field. All in all I think the Wosports Mini Trail Cameras are a good value and I have already captured some good video and benefited from having multiple cameras in different areas which I would not have been able to do without these budget friendly cameras.
Great customer service. I brought this camera and when I went to change the batteries it quit working. I called customer service and thay took care of the problem and got me a new one immediately. and thay take great pictures.
Only 4 batteries to replace. After years of other game cams and now to find this one is a joy!!! It always bothered me to put 8 batteries in a game cam but when I bought these and realized only 4 per camera, I was jumping for joy!!! Great little camera, works as it should and good night vision. We have a small farm and need to have an eye on the perimeter of the property at all times and these sure help! Wosports is now my "go to" for Game Cams!!!
Nice Cameras. Nice cameras, easy to use and product support is excellent
Not as Advertized. These cameras are in constant on mode. They seem to pick up everything passing by during daylight hours but are NOT working at night. They did work for a while but now only in bright light conditions and not in the dark. I have constant intrusions or wild hogs at my place during the nighttime and early morning hours but since these have stopped working at night, they don't really let me know when I can get set up to take out these destructive animals.
Retrieving photos. Is there a certain app or way to retrieve pictures from the camera? I have my two in high traffic areas and have tried multiple reader apps on my iPhone, but am not seeing any photos.
Ease to use. Is easy to set up. Good picture quality. Nice and small. Only uses four batteries.
These cameras produce good quality video footage by day and by night but there is no audio. At night, they only produce black and white video footage.During the day, the video footage is clear and very good colour. The cameras have very good weather proofing.Easy to set up.The only disappointing thing is no sound / no audio.
The WOSPORTS Mini Trail Camera is a compact and versatile option. Despite its small size, it offers impressive features such as 24MP resolution and 1080P HD video capabilities. The camera’s motion-activated sensor ensures that you capture valuable footage without unnecessary hassle. With its IR night vision, you can record clear images in the dark without disturbing the wildlife.
Features:
- 24MP resolution and 1080P HD video
- Motion-activated sensor
- IR night vision
Pros:
- Compact and portable
- High-quality resolution and video capabilities
- Efficient motion-activated sensor
Cons:
- Smaller memory capacity compared to other models
- Shorter battery life

This camera has truly enhanced my outdoor experiences, and I wholeheartedly recommend it. It’s unquestionably deserving of a solid five-star rating!
Works really well for me. Installed this as a security camera in my (very long) driveway. It works really well for that, giving me an alert and photo of who's driving in the driveway. But I also am getting lots of interesting photos of wildlife -- foxes, raccoons, wild turkeys, lots of deer. With the latest firmware, the thumbnails I get via the app on my phone are sometimes good enough to read license plate numbers, but I can always request the hi-def image if I need to (costs extra, but still pretty cheap for the rare occasions that I need them).Battery life is exceptional, using Energizer Ultimate Lithium batteries. Camera holds 12 AA batteries. I highly recommend the Ultimate Lithium batteries for use in this camera. They are perfect for low-drain applications like this. They work far better at cold temperatures than alkaline batteries. I just replaced the initial set of batteries (still had 10-20% left) after 10 months and 2874 photos.
Great Christmas present. My sister's and I tend to divide the cost for Christmas presents for my mom so she can get one excellent gift rather than multiple small and ok gifts. On Christmas day she opened her new camera and was very happy to see her new trail camera and didn't even wait 2 full days to get it set up where she hunts.I personally helped her connect the camera to the account and it was relatively easy considering it is a wireless camera. The instructions were very helpful. She's had it out for a couple weeks now and has already seen multiple clear pictures of deer, squirrel, and many other living critters.
Best camera money can buy. Extremely user friendly, competitive pricing, good quality pictures
Best bang for buck. These are by far the best bang for the buck cell camera out there. I've tried several of the others, and they just don't stack up. They have been very reliable, except for having to reset the SIM card once every couple years or so... But, I'm not sure that is their fault... Verizon has been less than reliable lately... Anyway... Tactacam/Reveal also stand behind their products. They have excellent customer service (they've actually reached out to me for input, far more than I've reached out for support lol). They probably won't measure up to a Reconyx in terms of picture quality and trigger speed, but they also don't cost half a thousand dollars each... My Reconyx cams will always have a special place in my heart, but these simple, effective, Reveals, they have become my workhorses.
Haven't been able to get videos yet. It's good for pictures but sometimes it's hard to get them to come up. It's harder to use than I thought it would be. We're still working on getting videos and live feed. I thought we were supposed to get that but so far, we're still working on it. I think there's an additional fee for that, $9/month along with the $120 a year for unlimited pics. It's getting pretty expensive
Easy to put up. Very solid product
Great camera. This camera works great. I have a friend who has 5 for two years and no problem
The TACTACAM Reveal X Gen 2.0 LTE Cellular Trail Camera is a game-changer for those who want instant access to their trail camera footage. Let me clear up some questions regards the WiFi / Bluetooth and cellphone connection. First this is my new go to camera! I have bought two and plane to buy at least 3 more. I have no connection to the company other than as a customer. This camera works with iPhone s and Android s. The app works just fine no issues. The instructions are clear. The menu in the camera is SIMPLE! EASY! Now I thought I'd need constant WiFi service but you do not it works away from my home perfectly. I use an iPhone 11 and 12 (I have two phones with the app on both) When connecting to the camera your Bluetooth must be on. The camera screen walks you through the entire connection process. You will get a message asking you to join a WiFi connection. You say ok. Then you'll get a message asking you to allow a Bluetooth connection. Say ok and your connected to the camera. Simple!! I use it in locations where there is no WiFi. So the camera must be creating the WiFi signal. Its not the type of WiFi to surf the internet its for the camera to your phone. BTW adding a new 2nd camera is easy too. The picture quality is great. Just remember your distance farther away less light in IR. I'd like to see the company add a connection between both cameras if you have more that 1 that would allow the triggering of both cameras off one detected signal photo on both cameras but more important more IR soure available from the two at once being on. I use that feature on my Arlo home security cameras but that's another story.
The best camera for the money. I have 6 game cameras, four of which are Meidase (just bought one more to replace one from another brand). This is the best camera I have. It is easy to use and reliable. I did have a problem, but Tao from Meidase Support took care of it quickly, sending a replacement.I love wild animals, hence the cameras. I have hundreds of videos of javalinas, deer, racoons, foxes, coyotes, skunks, people and other critters. The area behind our house is a national forest. Catching wildlife on camera is not always easy – there are so many variables involved in getting a good picture: location, time of day, position of sun, wind and nuisance animals (mostly birds) that trigger shots. Often the animals do not cooperate as they should. The use of a game camera is part science and part art. I set the camera menu for 1 photo followed a by 30 second video. I usually leave sensitivity setting on ‘medium’ and battery life is always good for 2 weeks. Sometimes either battery will deplete or memory card space will fill up beyond this point, depending on traffic. As I said, there are so many variables. What I like about the Meidase product:1. Good resolution2. Good night vision3. Reliable. My cameras have taken their fair share of rain and show, down to -5 degrees, with no problems (well, only one, in almost 2 years)4. Ease of use, particularly the on-off-config switch. It is easy to see and the setup menu is the best.5. Most of all, I like it because the videos are good and can be viewed by any windows program. The other camera’s videos sometimes choke on Windows media or play erratically.6. Excellent support.I do have a wish list – longer video recording, but this is also problematic because so many ‘takes’ are really not interesting. A 30-second video of a bird flying by or a tree swinging in a strong wind is frustrating. Maybe one day AI will help with this, recognizing interesting shots and adjusting the camera accordingly.John Arthur, Arizona
Very good camera - excellent customer support. The media could not be loaded. This is a very good camera and at the price it's a terrific value. Having said that, it is not without some shortcomings.First the good:Daytime image quality is excellent - very sharp with accurate color reproduction. Nighttime image quality is not as sharp but that is to be expected from infrared cameras.Motion is detected at distances of at least 65 feet as specified. The deer in the attached video are about 65-70 feet from the camera.Since being installed, the camera has been out during several snow storms, thick fog, and three heavy, wind driven rain storms with no water leakage.Setup and configurations is easy.Build quality is good. Now, the not so good:The IR lights are specified to work at distances up to 65 feet. In my experience, the actual useful range is closer to 40-50 feet that. At further distances about all you can see are the eyes and a black silhouette of the animal. You can tell the shape and size, but not much more than that.In general, the user manual is very good, but I found one shortcoming that caused me to think that my camera had a failure. There is a section describing how to test the sensing angle and distance. In test mode, a red LED flashes when motion is detected. Thinking I was being clever, I devised a way to test the center and side PIR sensors independently by covering the center PIR and approaching from each side. The red LED did not blink which I assumed meant they didn't work. I sent an e-mail to the manufacturer explaining this. I was pleasantly surprised when the next morning I received an e-mail telling me what the side PIR sensors do. They wake up the camera from standby mode so that when motion is detected by the center PIR the camera is ready to begin capturing images & video. They do not cause the red LED to flash in test mode. This should have been better explained in the manual and I shared my ideas for improvement to prevent others from drawing the same conclusion as me. Again, response from Meidase customer support was prompt and appreciative of my suggestions.I have not had the camera long enough to comment on battery life. However, I can tell you that when the temperature is very low, even new batteries to not produce enough power to record video for more than a few seconds. In actual use low battery was detected after 3 seconds of video recorded at night and at 7 degrees F. Battery power and camera operation returned to normal once it got warmer.
Good value for the money. Very user friendly set up. One complaint I had, is that is did not come with a mounting strap. Luckily I had one from an old trail cam. Also a minor complaint is that I would have preferred it if the switch had the ON and OFF setting on either side with the Set in the middle. It is too easy to accidentally slide the switch to the SET position rather than ON and end up with nothing. Currently it is OFF/ON/SET. Fairly good quality photos and video EDIT: Mounting strap found. It was in between a double layer of cardboard in the box. Luckily I had not thrown out the box. It can be easily missed. Therefore, I am upgrading my rating to a 5 star
Excellent product. Does its job
Awesome product so easy to use
The media could not be loaded. Once I figured out the best place to position my camera, I had a great time with it! I placed it near the ground to capture wildlife in my backyard. I got to see my little skunk family grow up! This camera has all sorts of settings on it. I programmed it to take photos, videos, day/night. You can set it for motion detection at various times. I mostly set it at night because I was just getting squirrels and robins in the day. My parents ended up getting one for their place too. You have to buy an SD card for it, but they are cheap. Takes 8 AA batteries.

Great quality videos. I record videos of the wildlife with my cameras and this does an excellent job. Great sound and video quality.
Great trail camera. I just got mine. I bought two of them to replace a couple I got them a couple days ago I tried them out they’ve got a heck of a good picture. We’ll see how the batteries .
The media could not be loaded.
Tagsüber super Bilder in super Farben.
